The Hugo Awards, science fiction’s most prestigious award has announced the 2012 shortlist. There are five nominees for the Best Novel category that include Jo Walton's Among others, George R.R. Martin's A Dance With Dragons, Mira Grant's Deadline, China Miéville's Embassytown and James S.A. Corey's Leviathan Wakes.
